Looks like Bob vs Driedger tonight. Ex-Panthers always scare me on these "reunion" games. At least the Panthers know they should take Seattle seriously after their initial game in SoFla.

As far as the Chyk sweepstakes, I don't see Zito being the high bidder, but might put together a clever deal. I am opposed to trading Knight and Lundell, or either one of them. Tippett, Denisenko, etc., I'm ok with.

If we trade Knight, we'll go from having the deepest goalie corps in the NHL (Bob, Knight, Driedger, Levy) to having only Bob and being an injury away from a blown season. Lundell simply has too high a ceiling and is too important to this team already. I wouldn't call him Barkov's heir apparent, because I think they'll be playing side by side for many years. But he does seem to be tracking to Barkov's trajectory, but with significantly better organizational support and surrounding talent.

Late game tonight, maybe the Panthers have adjusted to Pacific time by now.

I thought the vancouver game was still very poor passing. Still not sure if they were tired or over confident that should have been a cake walk game. 3rd string at least goalie and down several players. Other than periods 2 and 3 of edmonton game theyve been the same old road cats. I really dont want to go down 2 to nil against the expansion team so lets shake those noggins around and sharpen up

The kraken have now stopped 2 decent record pursuits this season to the panthers so now im taking it personally. 1 stopped the home win record and last night stopped bob from tying luongos pt streak record at 10. Damn you seattle! What do you have against records???

Guess matty doesnt have a good feeling about this game. Couldnt muster up a blog. I dont have a good feeling either. We barely beat a depleted canucks squad and got beat up by the kraken. How do we expect to play a real team?

Lundell with Marchment and Rhino were tearing it up before Marchment got hurt and missed all those games. Good to see Brunette put them back together. They are on fire tonight.
